What access do you need?
Read-only access: Viewer in GA4 and Restricted in Search Console. We cannot change your settings, tags or site.
Do I share a password?
No. You add one service account address and can remove it whenever you like.
What data do you read?
Aggregate website statistics: visits, pages, sources and search queries. We do not ask for user-level data.
Who sees our data?
Scryus Ltd only. We use it to write your report. The data processing agreement sets this out.
Do you offer a data processing agreement?
Yes. We send it before setup.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes on your side: sign the agreements and add one address. The first report arrives within five working days.
What if my analytics is broken?
The report tells you, and it is the first action on the list. We do not change your site unless you ask and we agree a separate price.
What if I don't have analytics set up?
The report needs Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data to work from. Setting them up is not part of the report, but we can do it for you. We agree the scope and price case by case, as a one-off job or as part of a retainer.
What does the report not do?
It reads your data and tells you what to do. It does not change your site, run your ads or write your content. It is two pages, not a full audit.
We already have an agency. Is this still useful?
Yes. It is a plain-English second pair of eyes on the numbers. It is also worth asking your agency for your own logins to GA4 and Search Console, so you own your data whoever does the work.
Can you do the fixes?
Yes, if you want. The report only reads your data and never changes your site. If you want the fixes done for you, or wider work on your site, we can discuss it case by case, with one-off or retainer options.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no fee. Cancel before your next report and you will not be charged for it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Remove our service account and access stops at once. Your GA4 and Search Console data stay with you, because we never hold your accounts.
